What are the best diet, lifestyle and nutrition for you to achieve optimal health?We are all different in our physical shape as well as our emotional and mental state thus we have different requirements to reach our best state of health. There are three basic type of people, each have different characteristics, are prone to specific disease and each has different nutritional needs in order to stay healthy.

FAMOUS TYPE ONE PEOPLE

 Physically your type is strong, well built with wide shoulders or hips and wide, square facial features. Skin is thick, oily, tans easily, superficial wrinkles with age. Joints are well lubricated. Heavyset body, calm, steady mind, easygoing manner. There is a strong tendency to gain weight easily and it is very hard to lose it, obesity is common when out of balance. Slow eating habit, slow digestion is also characteristic for this type. They favor serenity, avoid conflicts. Your type is deliberate speakers, and is slow to anger. They have steady energy and stamina and do not tire easily, able to do hard physical labor with ease. They store and save everything, including money, possessions, energy, words, food and fat. The fat is usually stored on the buttocks and thighs but for some on he upper body. They have a tendency to develop sinus congestion, chest colds, allergies and asthma. Not easily shaken by crisis, usually they are the anchor for others with their stability, but when out of balance they become stubborn, dull, lazy and greedy

Physically, individuals of this type are medium size, well proportioned, eyes often with a penetrating glare. Physical irregularities such as bow legs or stand out joints are rare. They gain and lose weight easily, hard to lose if under stress, tend to deposit weight evenly over the body. Early baldness and graying are typical. Their personality is ambitious, intense and competitive. They’re visual learners with quick comprehension. They believe in fair play and have a warrior’s courage. Spend money appropriately and not impulsively or excessively but enjoy luxuries time to time. They suffer from insomnia, particularly if they are wrapped up in their work, which tends to be all consuming for them. They develop fatigue easily and do not take to hard physical labor.
